Program Intro
Gain the career value of understanding human behavior. Students emerge from CBU's online bachelor's degree in psychology equipped with knowledge of human behavior, including motivation, attention, human development through the lifespan, psychophysiology and abnormal psychology. Rooted in a Christian worldview, the program also encourages students to thoughtfully examine the relationship between faith, ethics and human behavior as they prepare for meaningful work serving individuals, families and communities. Some psychology graduates may continue their education at the master's or doctoral level in various behavioral science fields.

Consistent with the university student outcomes and CBU's commitment to faith integration, upon completion of the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree, graduates will be able to:

- Compare current theories of human nature, including both normal and abnormal psychological functioning.
- Analyze various structures and functions of the human brain and the brain’s influence on psychological functioning and behavior.
